François MaymilandClaude Opus 5 261c32ef71 sysutils/git-backup: don't accept credentials in the backup url (#5702) 
The url mask allows a userinfo section, and Git::backup() adds the mandatory
User Name field on top, so an ssh url that already carries a user ends up as
ssh://git@git@host/... and the push never authenticates. Credentials belong in
the User Name and Password fields, so exclude them from the url.

Closes #5477

Franco Fichtner 11ac729b07 sysutils/cpu-microcode: revoke tier 2 
A number of cheapish hardware has issues with microcode updates now
and then preventing them to boot.  Since this isn't good enough for
our standards revoke tier 2 so that this goes back to community scope.

Frank Wall 2d2233a99f sysutils/puppet: switch to opn_api 
Unfortunately, opn-cli is no longer maintained [1] and incompatible with
at least the two most recent major versions of OPNsense. [2]
Additionally, puppet/opnsense shares the same fate, because it is based
on opn-cli.

this makes it only upload configs that have actually changed.

Franco Fichtner 9f23d0fb80 sysutils/git-backup: update the shell execution code 
1. Use explicit commands here for better tracing even if it requires
   spelling out '/usr/local/bin/git' a number of times.
2. Use the functionality that the Shell class has to offer now.
3. Use -C for changing the git working directory.
4. A bit of style left and right.
