New scripts/sync/verify-screenshots.mjs asserts that every screenshot referenced in a guide page is (a) a CAPTURE_TARGET in routes.mjs and (b) indexed in registry.json with a non-empty depends_on. It exits non-zero otherwise, so a doc image added without a capture target fails loudly instead of silently going stale. Wired into `npm run sync:check`, which the /sync-docs skill runs every sync. Currently: 112 referenced screenshots, all tracked and indexed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <[email protected]>
