John Smith 164a52989e chore(legal): move Zune disassembly corpus out of the repository (P0 IP remediation) ...

The decompiled Microsoft Zune source and extracted Microsoft resources were
tracked under tools/disassembly/ and redistributed under MIT, contradicting
NOTICE.md and exposing the project to takedown risk.

- Move tools/disassembly/ (3,953 tracked files; decompiled .cs, .UIX, PNG/JPG/ICO,
  WAV) to ../zune-disassembly/ outside the repo (kept for reference only).
- Point scripts/disassemble_zune.py at the external path (ZUNE_DISASSEMBLY_DIR
  override) so regeneration never re-enters version control.
- .gitignore: stop tracking tools/ and zune-disassembly/.
- Update README + parity docs to reference the external corpus.
- Build unaffected (corpus was never part of Dorado.sln).
