Fuzz rules rendered the template's variables once against request
data, then passed the output to the Interactsh render pass as template
text. A variable such as b: "{{body}}" therefore had the request body
substituted into it and was rendered a second time, so DSL-shaped bytes
in the incoming request were evaluated and the result was sent to the
target. With payloads, the same leak depended on map iteration order,
because that pass rendered each value against the map it was writing
to.
Treat rendered variable output as data, as the HTTP request builder
does, so only generator payload definitions remain template text.
Without payloads nothing is left to render, so the second pass is
dropped. Payload values now render against the unrendered input, which
makes the result independent of map iteration order. A variable that
references a payload now gets the payload's unrendered definition; it
only saw the rendered value through the second pass.
