PouiiroandSoulForge cf55c47df7 fix(addons): surface install/uninstall flows + clean Windows user data ...

- bundle install.sh + install.ps1: print addon hints in success banner so
  fresh installs discover `soulforge addon install proxy|neovim`.
- bundle uninstall.sh: rename `installs/` step to `Removing addons` for
  clarity (already cleaned correctly).
- NSIS uninstaller: prompt user (default No) to delete %LOCALAPPDATA%\SoulForge
  on uninstall so addons + config aren't orphaned without consent.
- printList: drop the duplicate Usage footer when at least one addon is
  installed; show an `Install with:` tip when none are.
