pancake fa2b4c780c Own native build, patching, and shared source manifests 
Add production Meson libraries, Sleigh compiler, and optional regression tests. Share patch application and source sets across Make, Meson, and embedded consumers, build and test on Linux, macOS, and Windows, and prepare VERSION 0.7.2.
