I (differential): bless the radare2-only counts the container fixes moved

The whole gate (elf, mach0, pe at radare2 6.2.4) exits 0 with 0
unjudged and no judgment left unmatched. The radare2-only counts:

  pe iS     7318 -> 385    the PE mapping (W35): sections listed where
                           the loader maps them, sizes from the rounded
                           raw pointer
  pe ie      339 -> 309    entries in the headers and in sections
                           without execute
  pe is    26185 -> 26139  delay-load imports, and imports behind a
                           bogus raw size or a VirtualSize of 0
  mach0 ie    51 -> 49     LC_MAIN's entryoff read as an offset (W33)
  mach0 iS   672 -> 692    rise: the dSYM fix (W39). 22 values are the
                           header sizes radare2 prints for core.dwarf's
                           and TestRTTI-armv7-dSYM's sections at offset
                           0, which hold no bytes; r2s now states 0
                           where it printed the file's bytes clipped
                           (core.dwarf's __text 0x74037). Net +20: the
                           Mach-O commits before it took 672 to 670, the
                           dSYM fix 670 to 692.
  mach0 is 102041 -> 102042 rise: the dSYM fix. radare2 places
                           __mh_execute_header at file 0x35000, which is
                           __eh_frame's bytes (its CIE); r2s placed it
                           there too, through __TEXT's file range, and
                           now lists it unplaced.

The two rises are values radare2 states wrongly that r2s stopped
repeating; the ratchet counts radare2's defects too ("a floor, not a
to-do list"). They are blessed with the falls rather than hidden by
printing the numbers again.
