CMAKE_<LANG>_FLAGS_RELWITHDEBINFO_INIT

This variable is the ``RelWithDebInfo`` variant of the
:variable:`CMAKE_<LANG>_FLAGS_<CONFIG>_INIT` variable.
Honor CMAKE_<LANG>_FLAGS[_<CONFIG>]_INIT set in toolchain files Document these variables. Change our convention for setting these variables from: set(CMAKE_C_FLAGS_INIT "...") to string(APPEND CMAKE_C_FLAGS_INIT " ...") so that any value previously set by a toolchain file will be used. Automate the conversion with: sed -i 's/set (\(CMAKE_\(C\\|CXX\\|Fortran\\|RC\\|ASM\\|${[^}]\+}\)_FLAGS\(_[^_]\+\)\?_INIT \+"\)/string(APPEND \1 /' \ Modules/Compiler/.cmake Modules/Platform/*.cmake and follow up with some manual fixes (e.g. to cases that already meant to append). Unhardcode the CMAKE_CONFIGURATION_TYPES values This removes duplicated code for per-config variable initialization by providing a `cmake_initialize_per_config_variable(<PREFIX> <DOCSTRING>)` function. This function initializes a `<PREFIX>` cache variable from `<PREFIX>_INIT` and unless the `CMAKE_NOT_USING_CONFIG_FLAGS` variable is defined, does the same with `<PREFIX>_<CONFIG>` from `<PREFIX>_<CONFIG>_INIT` for every `<CONFIG>` in `CMAKE_CONFIGURATION_TYPES` for multi-config generators or `CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE` for single-config generators. 2017-11-27 19:22:11 +01:00			This variable is the ``RelWithDebInfo`` variant of the
