CMAKE_C_STANDARD

Default value for :prop_tgt:`C_STANDARD` property of targets.

This variable is used to initialize the :prop_tgt:`C_STANDARD`
property on all targets.  See that target property for additional
information.

See the :manual:`cmake-compile-features(7)` manual for information on
compile features and a list of supported compilers.
Features: Extend concept to C language. Add properties and variables corresponding to CXX equivalents. Add features for c_function_prototypes (C90), c_restrict (C99), c_variadic_macros (C99) and c_static_assert (C11). This feature set can be extended later.
