Brad King	31bb727f3b	librhash: Build the library within CMake Update `ustd.h` to include KWSys Large File Support configuration so that consistent stream libraries are used (on AIX with XL). librhash: Build the library within CMake

Update `ustd.h` to include KWSys Large File Support configuration so
that consistent stream libraries are used (on AIX with XL).
