Brad King	96afb12087	Convert CMake to OSI-approved BSD License ... This converts the CMake license to a pure 3-clause OSI-approved BSD License. Brad King	33e865c041	ENH: Add unset() command. ... This introduces the unset() command to make it easy to unset CMake variables, environment variables, and CMake cache variables.
