Vitaly Stakhovsky 4d89830d71 cmMakefile: Make GetRequiredDefinition return std::string
In all cases the return value is converted to std::string anyway.

Also remove unnecessary `c_str()` calls in arguments to
`GetRequiredDefinition`.
