Brad King 0b12815dc2 Modules/Test*.cmake: Use if(DEFINED) to simplify conditions
Replace old hacks of the form 'if("${VAR}" MATCHES "^${VAR}$")'
with the much simpler 'if(NOT DEFINED ${VAR})'.
