Sebastian Holtermann aaf59120bf Source sweep: Replace cmExpandList with the shorter cmExpandedList
This replaces the code pattern
```
std::vector<std::string> args;
cmExpandList(valueStr, args, ...)
```
with
```
std::vector<std::string> args = cmExpandedList(valueStr, ...)
```
