Patched versions of CMake for ReactOS needs

Since commit v3.11.0-rc1~117^2 (CTest: Re-implement test process handling using libuv, 2017-12-10) we do not give the child test processes any stdin. Prior to that change we let the child test processes inherit stdin from ctest itself. Tests that run serially might be able to use the real stdin meaningfully, so restore that behavior and add a test case. Fixes: #18591 |

Run the ``bootstrap`` script you find in the source directory of CMake. You can use the ``--help`` option to see the supported options. You may use the ``--prefix=<install_prefix>`` option to specify a custom installation directory for CMake. You can run the ``bootstrap`` script from within the CMake source directory or any other build directory of your choice. Once this has finished successfully, run ``make`` and ``make install``. In summary:: $ ./bootstrap && make && make install Windows ^^^^^^^ You need to download and install a binary release of CMake in order to build CMake. You can get these releases from the `CMake Download Page`_ .
