Kitware Robot f051814ed0 Convert builtin help to reStructuredText source files

Run the convert-help.bash script to convert documentation:

 ./convert-help.bash "/path/to/CMake-build/bin"

Then remove it.

 ---------------------------
 The prefix for shared libraries that you link to.
 The prefix to use for the name of a shared library, lib on UNIX.
 CMAKE_SHARED_LIBRARY_PREFIX_<LANG> overrides this for language <LANG>.
