- Updated most applications to the latest versions (that are working on ReactOS), updated all non-working applications (only if the latest versions were failing due to the same reason), replaced all dead and dynamic links with the archive.org counterparts. Also done some other minor improvements and fixes.
- More reliable links for audacity, irfanview, irfanviewplugins. Fixed link for kindlepc, updated SHA1 hash for steam.

- Add a "mIRC 6" entry to have a working IRC client while keeping "mIRC 7" for testing. (see bug 6005)
Keep in mind that the automatically downloaded app database is the same for previous releases, current releases and Trunk, so just changing the version for the release wouldn't have been a solution.
- Add SumatraPDF 1.2 (working) to the app database. Patch by Vincenzo Cotugno (vins820 at hotmail dot com), German translation by me.
- Change all .txt files to svn:eol-style CRLF, these are target files which should have Windows line-endings.

Added French translation for all the available applications. Only strings that other translators have translated are translated here.
Regarding OOo 2.4, as 2.4.3 version isn't available in French (wut?!), it has been set to 2.4.2.

- Convert all 'Eurocentrist' files from a variety of Windows encodings to one multicultural UTF-8.
- Add missing "stupid BOMs".
- Sort records according to their locale IDs.
- Fix Russian grammar / spellings, add two translations.
- Other minor style / typo fixes.
Dear RApps translators and committers, please keep these (and future) *.txt
files (which describe available to download programs in different languages)
in UTF-8. Otherwise, soon it will be hard to maintain files with a mixture of
different encodings in them. Also, don't forget about the byte order mark at
the beginning.
