a963689197 pkg/log: rename -v to -vv 
To avoid conflicts with programs that import both syzkaller packages
and github.com/golang/glog which also defines -v flag.

e5207950ca pkg/log: add VerboseWriter 
Helper io.Writer that logs on the specified verbosity level.
Will be useful for bisection logging in syz-ci.
