Hafnium

Hafnium is a hypervisor.

This is work-in-progress, see #996.

For details on how to build/run Hafnium see GettingStarted, HafniumRamDisk and PreparingLinux.

For now we only have descriptions for AF_HF protocol provided by Hafnium linux driver.
