changelog are the last 5 commits from https://git.reactos.org/?p=reactos.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/releases/0.4.14 (minor safe stuff only)
It is already default download on sf: https://sourceforge.net/projects/reactos/files/ReactOS/0.4.14/
bootcd/livecd/src is uploaded there.
A good moment to update atm, because I do intend to not touch 0.4.14 for the coming few days.

5d3c0e0366 Update reactos-download-version.html 
Update to 0.4.13-release-28-g5724391 to hold up the flag for the coming 2 months
until we will releases 0.4.14
It fixes important regressions compared to the old version,
e.g: EXT2 filesystem corruption, see
https://git.reactos.org/?p=reactos.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/releases/0.4.13
I do not intend to port anything more back to 0.4.13 until 0.4.14 is out.
So it makes sense to update the link now,

Update 0.4.13 Download URL to latest fixed version. (#88) 
I'm not a fan of putting too much effort into servicing an alpha version of an operating system. But original 0.4.13 can't even connect to RAPPS anymore due to the certificate change, and 0.4.14 is still delayed.
Joachim just released a fixed version of 0.4.13 and this commit introduces a "reactos-download-version" shortcode next to "reactos-version". We can therefore change the download files to "0.4.13-release-14-g2494cfc" while still advertising it as "ReactOS 0.4.13".
Imagine it like a Windows ISO with latest patches applied.

Remove the FontAwesome JS inclusion 
It's optional and doesn't do anything we need.
On the contrary, it replaces all icons by SVG and sets up a permanent page watcher (cf. https://fontawesome.com/how-to-use/javascript-api/setup/getting-started), things which only slow down the entire site.
