Added -res option to specify resources on winebuild command-line. Added -exe mode to generate a .spec.c for an exe without having to provide a .spec. Removed some no longer needed spec files. Removed .dll extension in makefiles import specifications.

Changed the Win32 dll descriptor to be in IMAGE_NT_HEADERS format. Generate the import table directly in PE format. Added gui/cuiexe_no_main modes in EXE spec files, and use this for the main wine binary.

New loading scheme for Winelib apps, makes them behave like builtin dlls and takes load order into account. Install them in dlldir. Improved MODULE_GetBinaryType to recognize ELF binaries. Added a wrapper script to setup the environment when running directly from inside the source tree.
