c192ba2468 Exec a separate wine binary for every win32 process so that they run 
in separate address spaces.

c3bcd6cec5 - Slightly reworked include files (less messy, more straightforward). 
- Moved DOS ASPI functionality to msdos/dosaspi.c.
- Got rid using PROFILE to get SCSI info from wine.conf.
- Read scsi info from /proc/scsi/scsi.
- Added setting of a reasonable timeout when opening a SCSI device (5
  minutes, defined in winescsi.h).
- ExecScsiCommand now ALWAYS posts, even on error (which is the correct
  behavior).

59c827325c Changed global DOS_LOL into function DOSMEM_LOL() in order to operate 
on the correct address space. Added DOSMEM_MovePointers() that
relocates selectors when the DOS address space changes (i.e. when
dosmod is spawned, particularly from Win16 apps that uses DPMI to
execute real-mode code). More complete DOS device implementation.

de43ef45ec Fixed a lot of warnings using WINE_UNUSED, casts, commenting out and

412d025243 Changed CreateDirectory LastError returns to match Win32 (found out by

317af320cf Optimized include/*.h: (recursively) include all headers needed by 
this .h file, but only those. Necessary fixes to a lot of .c files,
started optimizing "windows.h" away from some of them. Moved
GetCurrentTask prototype to wine/winbase16.h.

35693719af Moved DPMI wrapper allocation code to dosmem.c to REALLY make the 
RMcall shortcuts independent of dosmod. SS had been left out of
the REALMODECALL copy routines for some reason, fixed now. Also
cleaned up a few compiler warnings.

2866809ce4 Implemented DPMI RMCBs using the DOS subsystem, and a few other 
improvements. Also, some special-cased shortcut paths will allow some
common real-mode call/RMCB combinations to work even without calling the
DOS subsystem, thus letting APIs like DOSASPI work without any dirty hacks
even on platforms that cannot use dosmod.

1499a845ff Moved VGA-emulating DirectX code from dispdib.c to a separate 
file. Made it use a system timer and trap I/O accesses to the VGA
DAC registers to accommodate DisplayDib-using programs that try to
access the VGA hardware directly.

a7cf4eecf2 Simulates DPMI memory map by converting lower-MB segment base 
addresses as necessary. Implemented allocating/freeing DOS memory
blocks. Added XMS hook. (DPMI remains disabled by default until
someone implements the raw mode switch entry points pkunzip needs.)
