4e00d7940d shell32: Don't forget to set stateMask when calling LVM_GETITEM/LVIF_STATE.

d11069f8bb shell: Fix view window Z order. 
After creating the Shell View window we should call SetWindowPos to
move the window on top of other child windows in the parent window.
Also delay the showing of the window so that we can do more
initialisation after window creation without it causing visual
artifacts.

a83d55e929 Register the shell view itself as the drop target, not it's parent folder. 
Forward drag&drop method calls to the folder currently under the cursor.

3a29a309a4 Fixed browsing to other directories in Word 2003 file open 
dialog. Double clicking on a folder in the File->Open dialog works
now.

bf72af30d0 Modify widl to put the C COM macros inside an #ifdef COBJMACROS block 
as is done in the Windows headers.
Add #define COBJMACROS where needed in Wine.
Fixes the compilation of the oleaut32/tests/olefont.c and
urlmon/tests/url.c conformance tests with the Windows headers.
