582de7ba0d gdi32: Optimise StretchBlt for the case where no stretching is being done and the whole image is being set. 
In this case, we can just call SetDIBits which is likely to be a lot faster.

This reverts ae9f68dec9 commit.  Because
of commit 4e6860433e which extracts the
constituent fonts from Mac suitcase fonts, we can use mmap on font
