ed3d86f9be When we send out a notification to a registered window with 
SHCNRF_NewDelivery, we should send a LPNOTIFICATIONLIST and the
process id of the caller.

db0d0bb39b Copy the vsnprintfW implementation from libunicode.so to msvcrt and 
add a handler for the %S flag.  That requires a conversion to unicode
and knowledge of the current ASCII code page.
