b76e883344 The LVN_GETDISPINFO notify message should point to the same iSubItem

89ba8760f3 We need to make sure that customdraw_fill is called even if 
CDRF_NOTIFYITEMDRAW is not being used because we used the text and
background colors from that struct later.

fa93b446d0 Listview should scroll by at least one column, fixes bug where item 
being wider than listview prevents any scrolling from occuring.  Added
printing of the scroll code text during tracing of scroll functions.
