9591836ffb 'sizeof type' is best avoided as it won't always compile (e.g. 'int 
main() {return sizeof int;}'). Use 'sizeof(type)' instead.

4144b5b8fc Create the server directory and socket file in /tmp. 
Use fcntl file locking to ensure exclusion on the server socket and to
better recover from crashes.
Flush the registry before closing the socket to avoid timeouts on the
client side.
Moved get_config_dir functionality to libwine.

6aadb22bfb Use hard-coded font name bindings only with the ANSI_CHARSET (non-US 
charsets with no font name shouldn't be bound to US charset).

e21c15e39d Changed the GDI driver interface to pass an opaque PHYSDEV pointer 
instead of a DC structure.
Removed some direct accesses to the DC structure from the drivers.
Got rid the bitmap driver.

8bf8021f94 ExtTextOutW with symbol fonts works with chars in the ranges 
0x0000 -- 0x00ff and 0xf000 -- 0xf0ff and not, for example, with
chars in the Unicode Greek range.
