e31ae92630 - some D3D8 fixes 
- beginning of shaders support (Vertex and Pixel Shaders 1.1 on

ada5e6521b Implemented import libraries; on Unix we import the .def file 
directly, on Mingw we use it to build the .a library.

1d8cb6efd2 The default behavior of "make everything" is now to build separate 
guides rather than the big one.
Determines the name of the installed docbook filter (db2html or
docbook2html, etc.) in configure, defaulting to false if absent.
