0de0d11357 Change some Dll* functions so they are exported by name like on
Windows.
Update the documentation accordingly.

d37f0abf07 Don't prefix the functions DllCanUnloadNow, DllGetClassObject and
Dll(Un)RegisterServer with the dll name so that the compiler can check
the prototypes.

ad53383f9b Added winebuild support for generating a .dbg.c file containing the
debug channels definitions.
Made win32 the default type for spec files.
Ignore C compiler in winebuild so we can simply pass it $(DEFS).
Removed type win32 and debug_channels from spec files.
Fixed winebuild to always generate correct C identifiers (reported by
Vincent Béron).

67371bcc8d Added -res option to specify resources on winebuild command-line.
Added -exe mode to generate a .spec.c for an exe without having to
provide a .spec.
Removed some no longer needed spec files.
Removed .dll extension in makefiles import specifications.

32459912dc Moved imports specification from the .spec into the Makefile so that

88d89f93ea - Added dplayx LibMain for initialization of all dplayx 'global' data
- Added start for global data manipulation
- TODO list updated
- Added some missing header file definitions
- Added the ansi versions of dplay and dplobby
- Fixed invalid macro for IDirectPlay4
- Cleaned up compiler warnings
- More implementation, bug fixes and critical region protection

22b861c1be - Moved dplay and dplayx to a proper home in the dlls directory.
- Implemented new DirectPlay4 and DirectPlayLobby3 interfaces.
- Implemented a class factory for dplay and dplobby. COM interfaces
  now work for dp and dpl.
- Added a few more entries to dplayx.spec files. How do you find the
  ordinals? I just guessed :(
- Seperated DirectPlay and DirectPlayLobby implementation into separate files.
- Included some missing header file definitions.
- Implemented the dplay dll in terms of the dplayx dll. I haven't
  tested it so it may not work...
- A few bug fixes and a little new implementatioe.n
- Updated document with a more detailed implementation plan.
