ebb839733a The PSDispatch PS class factory can manage both typelib marshalled and 
IDispatch, which is NDR marshalled, so we need a wrapper to call the
appropriate CreateProxy or CreateStub function.

ff7795ef4c Don't send an extra signal when waiting for a debug event, just do a 
normal wait.  Return the debug event status directly as return value
of the server call.

d6f7adb367 Don't send the incoming context to the server for get_thread_context,

9970133f2b In case of D3D9 the CreateQuery call can be used to retrieve status 
information. According to MSDN the 'ppQuery' parameter can be set to
NULL to detect if a certain query Type is supported.
