This reverts ae9f68dec9 commit.  Because
of commit 4e6860433e which extracts the
constituent fonts from Mac suitcase fonts, we can use mmap on font
files on the Mac.

834d20024b gdi32: Only mmap a given font file once. 
FT_New_Face always creates a new mapping of the font file, so do the
mapping by hand and use FT_New_Memory_Face instead.
