a03c939a66 Add necessary AddRef/Release stuff to {Set/Get}CurrentViewport.
When changing parameters of a viewport, do the appropriate update if
it is current.

bd554e63fc - Add more logging to resolution changes and queries.

4e1ef0c114 For all DLLs with defined DllMain and which do not require
DLL_THREAD_ATTACH/DLL_THREAD_DETACH notifications, call
DisableThreadLibraryCalls() in order to slightly improve performance
on thread creation/exiting.

9591836ffb 'sizeof type' is best avoided as it won't always compile (e.g. 'int
main() {return sizeof int;}'). Use 'sizeof(type)' instead.

c203d68e98 - fix some regressions
