eb2e0de75e - make the Landscape/Portrait buttons do something. 
- fix these problems in the Paper Size and Source combo boxes:
  1) Every time the printer setup dialog is opened, the settings
  are set back to garbage settings.
  2) If the paper size or source is changed, and then the printer is
  changed, the new printer does not get the new size and source
  settings even though it appears to from the dialog.

63c1c939d6 Add an updown control to the copy count entry. 
Disable the collate button if no. of copies is 1.
Add Landscape/Portrait icons.
Get rid of the "Dummy Comment" line.
Fix the English of some of the error messages.

ad37850024 Implement PrintDlg16 better (adding PrintDlgProc16 and several other 
16bit dependent functions)
If we are using a template we might not have the default combobox for
printers, use the default printer in those cases.
More error messages and checks.
Added GlobalFlags16 and GlobalReAlloc16 to kernel32.spec.

bf67259a41 Use the DRIVE_* API constants instead of the DRIVETYPE enum. 
Changed DRIVE_CANNOTDETERMINE and DRIVE_DOESNOTEXIST to use the
