ee3e98653a Allow the cups port to be redirectable. This gives us the option of 
piping the PostScript through something before it gets sent to the
printer (like we can already do for non-cups systems).

0446f54694 We need to compare the world transforms (at least the 4 scaling 
elements) when we accept a font from the cache.
Get the correct values for the underscore size and position.
