aa5a1162a3 Patch flat cs of 16-bit entry points if current %cs is different from 
compiled value, and retrieve flat ds from a global variable. This
should avoid problems with win4lin kernels.

c6c53cd935 - improved trace information 
- implemented CB_SETITEMHEIGHT, WM_WINDOWPOSCHANGING,
  WM_MEASUREITEM, WM_DRAWITEM
- changed CBEM_INSERTITEMA, CBEM_SETIMAGELIST,
  WM_CREATE, WM_DESTROY
- above changes correct window rectangle, draws items, and creates
  control correctly.
