d10c9a47b8 Implement multiline labels in the Large Item view by using DrawText 
Note that this now highlights weaknesses in the label measuring code
etc. which cannot correctly handle multiline labels.

94d5cd4203 Remove PROGRESS_Refresh, always do InvalidateRect() to repaint. 
Add WM_ERASEBKGND handler as in Windows.
Be slightly smarter whether invalidate background or not.
Always treat wParam as INT to not lose signed values.

ec7c2a80b2 Moved style correcting code to the WM_CREATE handler and added 
clearing of WS_EX_CLIENTEDGE and WS_EX_WINDOWEDGE as in Windows.
Added SetWindowPos(SWP_FRAMECHANGED) to make changes take effect.

187a6795c4 - add new SetRange functions (instead of duplicating the code) 
- pass the infoPtr around instead of the hwnd
- use W-functions instead of A-functions
- more checks in case of failures
- make indentation and style consistent throughout the file
