5cd6b34259 iphlpapi: Clean up memory allocation. 
- pass heap to allocate from directly to helper functions, instead of
  unnecessarily copying returned data
- use public types rather than internal ones
- make sure GetBestRoute doesn't return bogus matches

49b7fdcfc0 Removed the broken mmap64 configure check, and moved the 
_FILE_OFFSET_BITS define to wine/port.h. Made sure that all files that
need the define include it.
