b7b75a86ec - Added f8 (history retrieval from partial command) support 
- Delete key deletes current character
- Ctrl + end deletes to end of line
- Ctrl + right stopped before the word itself

c19bb1ab3f Fixed buffer length in history manipulation. 
Writing new chars must be done with default attribute (not cell
current attribute).

9caa71eef4 Redesign of the server communication protocol to allow arbitrary sized 
data to be exchanged.
Split request and reply structures to make backwards compatibility
easier.
Moved many console functions to dlls/kernel, added code page support,
changed a few requests to behave properly with the new protocol.
