c307f4990f ntdll: Added a DLL_WINE_PREATTACH call to DllMain for builtins. 
By returning FALSE from this call, a builtin dll can specify that we
should try to load the native one instead.

4107751dd3 ntdll: Simplify loadorder code by using an enum instead of an array 
to represent load order values.

fa5b5102d7 ntdll: Moved LDR_DONT_RESOLVE_REFS handling into fixup_imports. 
This ensures that we never fixup imports twice on the same dll.

5dc6d95952 ntdll: New implementation of relay thunks. 
New implementation of relay thunks that doesn't require modifying code
on the fly, so that the thunks can be put in the text section.
Some performance improvements.
