d3521da667 SHGetFileInfoW(): handle SHGFI_LINKOVERLAY and SHGFI_OVERLAYINDEX. 
SHMapPIDLToSystemImageListIndex(): determine overlay flag for
PidlToSicIndex() and return -1 in error cases.
Read shell overlay icon settings from registry to allow icon
overrides.
