	Changed ids from numeric to symbolic for dialogs.

	Modified template parsing to be able to pass segmented pointers to
	CreateWindow().

	CreateWindow() now takes segmented pointers for class and window
	names.
	Maxmimize or minimize the window upon creation if the WS_MAXIMIZE
	or WS_MINIMIZE bits are set.
