76f6ffaf1b Fix the SOCKADDR_IPX declaration.

77f8e5fef2 ITypeInfo::Invoke should also search inherited interfaces for the 
method to invoke.
ITypeInfo::GetIDsOfNames needs to do case-insensitive string
compares.
