bf67259a41 Use the DRIVE_* API constants instead of the DRIVETYPE enum. 
Changed DRIVE_CANNOTDETERMINE and DRIVE_DOESNOTEXIST to use the
correct names.
Cleaned up a few dependencies on internal drive.c functions.
