284a78f5cc Do not use internal exception codes defined by Wine with NetBSD, 
rather use native ones from /usr/include/i386/trap.h. Note that T_MCHK
is not supported by NetBSD.

pointers later on.
Always use 0 to signal invalid handle in server requests.

d549f6909e Use a separate FIFO pair for server requests that don't need to pass a 
file descriptor.
Associate file descriptors with handles on the server side so that we
don't need to pass the fd every time the client wants to use it.

39b3195ce6 Added entry point flags -noimport, -norelay, -ret64 and -i386. 
Replaced 'byte', 'word' and 'long' by 'variable' and made it work for
Win32 too.
Made parser more robust against truncated files.
