ebd24807fe Pass the gdiFont object to the SelectFont driver entry point so that 
we don't need to look into the DC structure for it.

e21c15e39d Changed the GDI driver interface to pass an opaque PHYSDEV pointer 
instead of a DC structure.
Removed some direct accesses to the DC structure from the drivers.
Got rid the bitmap driver.

e811f9c353 Specify sizes for stock fonts again; removed the FixStockFontSize 
hack. Ignore mapping modes when selecting stock fonts into a DC.
