ICreateTypeInfo2_SetTypeDescAlias, ITypeLib2_GetTypeInfoCount,
ITypeLib2_GetTypeInfoType, and ITypeLib2_IsName.
Fix to ICreateTypeInfo2_SetVarName to fix a case where multiple
instances of the same name are used in the same typelib.
