Patrik Stridvall 0d9748159d - Updated API files
- Better headers and prototype checking
- Prototype checking now called --prototype instead of --headers
- New options --headers-{duplicated,misplaced} for
duplicated/misplaced functions checking of the headers.
- Minor bug fixes.
