- preliminary implementation of endpoint-mapping via a new on-demand
  server-ish process
- more header fixups
- (re)implement RpcEpRegisterA, RpcEpUnregister, and

- many beautifications and touch-ups
- command-line configurable timeout
- micro-client imbedded in np_server.c
