Paul Vriens fbf0aeaa43 Change ProcessBasicInformation to the same behavior as the rest.
Use KERNEL_USER_TIMES for ProcessTimes.
Add tests for vm, io, times and handlecount info classes.
Fixes for -Wstrict-prototypes warnings.
