Add RomMulus, RetroVault, Gameflow Deck and RomMix, drop SwitchRomM
(no push in over 180 days), and point DeckyRommSync at its new name,
Tender. Regroup the list into Mobile and TV, Desktop, Handhelds and
Steam Deck, Sync, and Integrations.

Hostinger and Cloudzy both maintain a 1-click RomM install, and Railway
has a community template. List all three with a logo, starting price, a
link to the setup guide in our docs, and a deploy button in the house
badge style.

The Hostinger link is an affiliate link that sends a share of signup
revenue back to the project.
